This entire 3 piece outfit is completely HANDMADE. High end quality and very unique. It includes the red cape, the dress and the smock/apron. (basket not included). My daughter wore this when she was 3 but this could easily fit sizes 2T-4T because the smock ties in the back which makes it very flexible in terms of sizing. The dress is also made to fit several sizes.
The hooded cape is a thick felt type of fabric. The dress and smock are a thick cotton. Everything has been hand washed. This is a high quality, custom made, theater style costume made for my daughter by a seamstress that only sells high quality boutique costumes. The smock and dress alone were over $70 and the cape was another $50, so at this price, it is a bargain. Everything is in like-new condition since it was only worn for an hour or so to trick or treat.
